We look forward to coordinating a lovely wedding day for you. Trinity offers you a beautiful, traditional setting just ten blocks from the Pacific Ocean on the Westside. The grounds and courtyard offer a perfect setting for outdoor photos and video. In fact, the movie “Father of the Bride” was filmed in our church in 1991.
We offer a comprehensive package that includes the use of the church, parking lots, minister, wedding coordinator, organist/pianist, custodian, sound engineer and various items such as candelabras, plant stands and a unity candle. Trinity also has a smaller chapel available for more intimate weddings. The chapel can seat approximately 35-40 guests. Contact us for details and cost.
We are delighted to allow outside pastors to perform your ceremony after being approved by our Senior Pastor.

If the Trinity Baptist Senior Pastor will be officiating your wedding, please make an appointment to meet with him as soon as possible after your booking is arranged. If you desire to use your own Christian minister, he or she will need to be approved and invited by the Senior Pastor from Trinity.
Appointments for three counseling sessions need to be made with our Senior Pastor if you are using him for your service. More sessions can be made upon request, as needed.
Our sanctuary holds up to 400 persons with a balcony that holds up to 50 persons. The center aisle is 100 feet long. There are 19 rows of pews. Fresh flowers/greenery can be used on pews. The rehearsal date is established at the same time as the booking for the wedding.
The rehearsal date is usually scheduled in the early evening prior to the wedding and it is best to have ALL members of the wedding party attend including the parents of the bride and groom. The wedding coordinator will direct and go through all instructions for the ceremony, and will work in conjunction with the minister that evening. Please be punctual and allow approximately 1 to 1 ½ hrs. for the rehearsal. If more time is needed, there will be a charge of $50.00 per hour. Please note: the organist/pianist and sound engineer will NOT be in attendance at the rehearsal. If you desire to have them there, there will be an extra fee for each of them @ $75.00 per hour.
Please notify your photographer that NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY will be allowed during the ceremony. We ask that your photographer and videographer be respectful of you and your wedding ceremony and be cooperative and as inconspicuous as possible. They also need to be willing to work with our wedding coordinator and minister. Please ask them to be appropriately dressed (i.e. No T-shirts or jeans). Video lighting should not face the audience. Back lighting may be used and left on during the entire ceremony if you prefer. There are areas provided within the sanctuary where the photographer and videographer can stand and set up equipment to get the best possible shots.
You will need to secure a wedding license prior to your wedding day. The license will need to be brought to the rehearsal and be given to the wedding coordinator or the pastor. The pastor will send the signed license in after the ceremony unless you designate someone else.
We allow all types of music and songs to be used during your ceremony. An organist/pianist is provided in the wedding package. CD’s can also be used as well as other instruments. Soloists are available upon request from Trinity as well.
If you are providing a CD to be used, please make sure that each song is cued at the start. Please provide a written list for the sound engineer that is clearly marked as to where each song is to be used within the ceremony. The CD and list are to be given to the wedding coordinator at the rehearsal.
We do not allow rice, birdseed, or confetti to be used on the church grounds. NO ALCOHOL is to be used on the premises and there is NO SMOKING in any of the church buildings.
